This rejuvenated haven, designed to cater to the needs of young minds, stands as a testament to adaptive reuse and community-driven spaces.

With 23 rooms, each a sanctuary of learning and rest, this student hall embraces the spirit of camaraderie and exploration. Two lounge areas, adorned with carefully selected sofas and couches, serve as vibrant hubs for connection and collaboration, where ideas flow freely, friendships blossom, and memories are woven into the fabric of each student’s journey.

For those seeking solace amidst the pages of knowledge, a dedicated reading area invites contemplation and immersion. Soft light filters through tall windows, casting a gentle glow upon the books that line the shelves, beckoning curious minds to embark on intellectual adventures in a setting adorned with exquisite home*(home or hospitality collection or just furniture)  furniture.

But it is upon the rooftop that the true magic of community unfolds.  Here, a world of possibilities awaits, as an outdoor cinema screen flickers to life under the stars, showcasing captivating films that spark conversation and ignite imagination. Adjacent to the cinema, a yoga space offers tranquility and balance, where students can find solace in their practice and reconnect with themselves amidst the bustling cityscape—complete with luxury furniture and stylish house decor.

A bar, nestled amidst this rooftop oasis, becomes a social epicenter—a place where laughter and camaraderie thrive. Here, students gather to unwind, sharing stories and forging connections that transcend the boundaries of their academic pursuits, surrounded by tasteful high-end furnishings and thoughtfully curated interior design elements.
