ELEGG QUILTED CHAIR

Continuing the design principles of the signature ELEGG, this armchair comes in a wider version with a suspended armrest. Its soft cushion tubes, upholstered in bouclé fabric, hug an array within the stiff steel frame where the body comes in contact. The newly introduced armrest is cushioned in matching fabric, covering completely the surfaces that come in contact with the body.

The MORPHE series is the succession of the brand’s previous collections where serenity meets radical aesthetics. The concept is the amalgamation of functional pursuit and imaginative form with the design aiming to take shape in between opposing states. Captured at the moment of transition, the materiality follows the paradox where seemingly solid materials take fluid forms and vice versa. The design products of this series are imagined as shape shifting not only in their objective conception but also as mediums that also shift their hosting enclosures.
